SIGNAL stands for Seplat's Innovative Growth Network of Aspiring Leaders. It's Seplat Energy's young professionals' network, dedicated to career growth, leadership development, and meaningful engagement across Onshore and Offshore.
Every young professional at Seplat Energy, across Onshore and Offshore, is welcome - SIGNAL is open membership, no application required.
Yes. SIGNALers are encouraged to contribute across Beacon, Pulse, Echo, Resonance, Navigation, and Network Signal based on their interests and availability.
Pulse Signal takes your innovations and makes sure senior leadership knows about them. Share your idea on the Pulse Signal page: the problem, the business case, where it could go and the support you'd need. Once reviewed, it's showcased for everyone to see.
Echo Signal, run with the External Affairs & Social Performance Directorate, gives your work visibility. Send your paper, presentation or article on the Echo Signal page, and we take it straight to the External Affairs & Social Performance team for review. SIGNAL then helps secure sponsorship, external publicity and internal visibility for your work.
Fill in the Navigation Signal form: your role, what your day-to-day looks like, and the five steps you'd tell a student to take to get where you are. It's anonymous, and once reviewed it helps university students and interns plan their careers.
Upcoming events are on the Network Signal calendar, and recaps of every leadership session are on the Resonance Signal page. Sessions are also announced to all SIGNALers ahead of time.
